I expected to have the athlete simply present on his sport, but I was happy that he was interactive and engaging. Rob (Cox) was both amusing and inspiring, keeping the students interest for well over an hour.

Our junior students were treated to a special visit by Paralympian Sledge Hockey Champion Kevin Rempel this morning. Kevin story was very motivational! His message was never give up, no matter what obstacles you may face. The students had a chance to ask him questions and even see his new Gold Medal from the Sledge Hockey Championship in Japan. Thank you to Motivate Canada and Esteem Team for this presentation!
