A native of Sudbury, Ontario, Mark spent 12 years in professional baseball across North America where he developed community partnerships. With the Ottawa Lynx Baseball Club, he was awarded the 2002 United Way Community Development Organization of the Year. He then took his passion for youth development to Motivate Canada and the Esteem Team. Mark now lives in Orleans with his wife Sharilee and two daughters Mya and Audrey.

Lindsay attended Laurentian University where she earned an Honours Bachelor of Physical Education and Health degree while playing for their Women’s Varsity Basketball Program. After attending Teacher’s College and teaching Health and Physical Education for four years at both the secondary and elementary levels, she is pleased to join the Motivate Canada team in the Toronto office. Lindsay has her NCCP coaching certification and has coached various levels of basketball, volleyball, soccer and track and field teams. She is grateful for the opportunity to continue working with youth to promote the benefits of physical activity and sport.
